1.- How does the Free Weeks, Points and Studios Works?

H10 Premium members acquire with the membership three types of usage: Points, Studios and Free Weeks. The Points have two possibilities of usage. Internally those may be used at the H10 Premium Resorts (covering the All Inclusive Fee) or their equivalency in points can be exchange with RCI®. The Studio weeks can be spent at the affiliated H10 Premium Resorts (covering the All Inclusive Fee). And the Free Weeks can be spent at the affiliated H10 Premium Resorts but without covering the All Inclusive Fee for two people. The Free Weeks usage is restricted on the following dates: Christmas, New Years, Holy Week and Easter weeks. Member must reserve the free weeks from April 16th to December 19th at least 120 days in advance. From December 20th to April 15th reservations must be made within 30 or less days to the check-in date.
