The purpose of this Legal Notice is to establish and regulate the terms of use of the www.h10premium.com website (hereinafter the "Site"), Site being understood to be all the web pages and their contents, which are the property of H10 Premium Vacations Limited, and which are accessed through the domain www.h10premium.com and its sub-domains.
Through the Site, H10 PREMIUM VACATIONS LIMITED (hereinafter "H10 PREMIUM") offers information to its customers and potential customers, manages its customer loyalty program, processes room bookings, and offers other related services.
